You are well aware of the accident prone ADS Marg, an issue which your paper has very systematically covered and vividly described by your paper, several times.
One very urgent need is there to provide appropriate pedestrian crossing from lakeside at Powai Vihar and Hiranandani Gardens bus stops. Since early morning one can see elderly persons and ladies particularly struggling to jump over road separators and then make another dangerous attempt to cross over.
This issue requires most urgent attention, and demands that a very urgent attention is given and appropriate safety measures like signalling system, presence of traffic policemen, zebra crossing and speed limits are taken.
The matter is of paramount importance and this mail may be given due attention before any precious life is dedicated to this mindless road manning and road construction
