Respected Principal - S.M.Shetty Int.School-What about Personality development training?
It was nice to know about martial arts training being introduced at S.M.Shetty School [PP dtd 18-7-2010]. But what about Personality Development [Soft skills] training? Having trained over 1,000 students in the last 7 years I have observed that Classroom knowledge combined with P.D. training can transform the life and future of a student.
Topics like Communication skills, Practical and spiritual motivation, Public speaking, Stress management, Emotional intelligence, Group discussions, Anger management etc are linked to every aspect of a student's life--For studies and exams, Improving relationships, Preventing suicidal thoughts, To guide slow learners, basic spiritual values, interviews and jobs.
Positive attitude and above all these skills guide them throughout life-even after they pass out from the institute. God willing, one day I will train the students of this reputed school. My C.V is lying with the school H.R Dept for the last 2 months.
I have also offered free demo lectures for the students. I want to motivate and prepare students to face any challenge in life, studies and career.
