Serious feedback points for builder and authorities
|
Dear Editor,
Thank you for bringing Powai news to its residents. Your paper is eagerly awaited every weekend !
The menace of the STRAY DOGS is very real in Powai. I have shifted my morning walk to the evening as I am 60 and scared of the unwanted 5 strays in my building, Powai Park and the strays near the garden opposite the HFS school.
We in POWAI need the following and your paper can highlight some of the issues which you too agree on:
STRAY DOGS to be vaccinated and collared on a regular basis.
BEST BUS to go to Ghatkopar via Hiranandani garden, Kailash complex or to increase the frequency of 392.
Building names to be PROMINENTLY displayed at every street corner local layout guide maps in some strategic corners.
Please do bring out a DIRECTORY OF POWAI of where-is-what and what- is-where.
More vigilance with frequent checking needed in the removal and disposal of GARBAGE in buildings.
PAVEMENTS to be laid out in a better way ....they are already coming out in no time especially those laid just recently which is a real hazard for the elderly. Any newly completed construction should have the debris removed from its surrounding area. The small vacant plot between Powai Park and Norita towers has become such a nuisance dump, that vehicle drivers use it for urinating.
More TREES to be planted at road sides and near bus stops, with their common and botanical names on them.
POST OFFICE COUNTER can be opened somewhere here in Hiranandani complex as now it is such a traffic hassle to visit the present one in IIT.
Wishing your paper all the best
